Moving Comfortably: The Feldenkrais® Method

Lessons consist of gentle combinations of motions designed to decrease the effort of movement. This class will help improve your posture, decrease pain, and address repetitive strain conditions. Other benefits include improving flexibility, balance, and athletic performance. By learning to move differently you will be able to perform your favorite activities with greater ease, comfort and pleasure.
